    Day One

    Welcome to Day One of the Snatch and Grind Challenge! Let’s make this a Big One by making a goal and sticking to it. For your accountability, text the client hotline number at 803-393-2370 to get you set up with me. Take your side profile, with wall background pic for and send to the number along with your step goal at the end of the day . You will also send pics of each meal and snack that you have. Your daily step goal for this week is 2500 steps. Now let’s get to work!

    Day Two of the Snatch and Grind Challenge. Look at you already another day down on reaching your goal. By the way, have you set and sent me your goal long and short for this challenge? If you haven’t, do that right now to the client hotline, 803-393-2370. Get those steps in, send those meals and make today count! Keep pushing!

    Day Three of the Snatch and Grind Challenge! Let’s make today count by checking in on your short term goal and seeing where you stand on reaching that by the end of this week. Make sure you put this work in, send your meal plan pics, and check-in tonight with your step count. Stay Snatched!

    Day Four! You made to the end of week one! Mon-Thurs down! Now it is time to focus on your steps. Your step count from this week is 2500, it is now changing to 3000 until Monday of next week. Send in your step count every night along with your meal pics.
