I created Snatched to help women rebuild confidence and structure without the guilt or pressure. My goal for you is feeling strong again, having a plan that actually fits your life, and not losing yourself in the process.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. You just need to be ready to show up for yourself again. Snatched was built for women who are tired of starting over and just want something that feels real. I know what it’s like to lose yourself in the middle of everything else.

When I started Snatched, I wasn’t thinking about building a brand. I was trying to survive a divorce and find myself again. Fitness was the only thing that made me feel like I still had control over something. It gave me space to breathe when everything else felt too heavy.

Over time, that space turned into purpose. The same habits that helped me get through my hardest season started helping other women through theirs. Snatched became more than workouts and meal plans. It became a way to take your power back one small decision at a time.
