Refund Policy – Snatched by Stacie

At Snatched by Stacie, we’re committed to delivering high-quality programs, digital products, and coaching experiences that support your wellness journey. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products

This includes meal plans, ebooks, downloadable workout programs, and PDF guides. All digital product sales are final. Because these items are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the content has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

Fitness Challenges

This includes 21-day and 30-day challenges, themed monthly programs, and seasonal series delivered through the app or email. Due to the nature of our challenges being time-sensitive and digital, we do not offer refunds once challenge materials have been released or accessed. Be sure to review the challenge description before purchasing to ensure it aligns with your needs and schedule.

One-on-One Coaching & Custom Plans

This includes personalized coaching sessions, custom workout or meal plans, and VIP program access. One-on-one coaching and custom services are non-refundable once your intake form is submitted or services have begun. If needed, you may reschedule an appointment, but completed sessions or custom plans are not eligible for refunds.

Subscriptions & Recurring Memberships

This applies to monthly app subscriptions and recurring digital memberships or content access. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time within your billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription through the platform where you signed up (for example, the Playbook app).

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you’ve been charged in error or made a duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days at snatchedbystaciehelp@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name, the email used at checkout, and a screenshot or proof of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We want you to feel supported through every part of your journey. For questions about your order, your plan, or this refund policy, please reach out to snatchedbystaciehelp@gmail.com. Our response time is typically 24–48 hours.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

  • Within 24 hours of signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email with your app access link, your digital tracker and journal, and your check-in schedule. I’ll walk you through how to get started and where to find everything. You won’t have to figure it out on your own—I’ll guide you step by step so you feel confident moving forward.

  • No. Your app access is already included in your VIP program. After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from me within 24 hours with your private app access link and step-by-step instructions to get started. If the app shows a payment screen, you can skip it. You won’t need to make any additional purchases.

  • As soon as you complete your payment, you’ll receive your welcome message, journal, tracker, and check-in details within 24 hours. You’ll also get immediate access to the app and portal, so you can start feeling supported right away.

  • If your second payment doesn’t go through, I’ll reach out to follow up. You’ll have 48 hours to complete it to keep your access. I just want to keep things fair and on track.

  • All purchases are final. Because this program includes digital resources, coaching access, and tools that are delivered right after sign-up, we do not offer refunds.   • You won’t be left behind. That’s exactly why I built in weekly check-ins, your reset tracker, and the VIP Client Portal. You’ll always know what to do next, even when life tries to knock you off track.

  • No. Everything is designed to meet you where you are. You’ll be able to modify the workouts using just your body, and you can do them from home. You’ll also get direct support from me if you need adjustments.

  • Once you're enrolled, you'll receive a check-in schedule and instructions for voice messaging inside the app. You’ll check in weekly and can message Monday through Friday during coaching hours. This gives you direct access to support without needing to figure it out on your own.

  • Yes. Once you sign up, we’ll go over your lifestyle, preferences, and goals during your first check-in. After that conversation, I’ll create a custom meal plan based on what you actually need and what works with how you live and eat. The plan will reflect your pace and routine, not a generic layout.

  • You’ll have two live bootcamp sessions each week. Right now, they’re held on Mondays and Saturdays. After you sign up, we’ll confirm your time based on what works with your schedule. Sessions are hosted through Zoom, and you’ll receive the link ahead of time.

  • That’s part of why this program was created. The weekly check-ins, digital tracker, journal, and VIP Client Portal are all there to help you reset when things feel off. You won’t be punished or shamed for being human. I’ll help you refocus and keep moving without starting over every time.

  • I’ll still check in and hold space for you, but consistent support depends on communication. If I don’t hear from you after multiple attempts, your access to coaching may pause. You’ll still have access to the app, portal, and tools, but I can’t continue 1:1 support without engagement. This is a partnership, and I’m here to help you stay present without pressure.

  • At the end of your 6 weeks, you'll have the option to continue inside the app, join another program, or pause while keeping your tools. I’ll personally follow up with you before your program ends so we can decide what’s best for your next steps based on your progress.
