7-Day Snatched Detox Soup: Flush, Fuel, Flourish!


Snatched Body 7-Day Detox Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Ingredients (Under $30):

    • 1 lb chicken breast or turkey (optional for non-vegan plans)

    • 1 large bag of fresh spinach (about 10 oz)

    • 2 large carrots, diced

    • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

    • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

    • 1 small onion, diced

    • 4 garlic cloves, minced

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tsp smoked paprika

    • 1 tsp dried thyme

    • 1 tsp oregano

    • 1/2 tsp turmeric

    • 8 cups vegetable or chicken broth

    • 1/2 cup brown rice or protein noodles (optional)

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

    2. Add carrots and zucchini. Cook for 3–5 minutes.

    3. Stir in tomatoes, smoked paprika, thyme, oregano, and turmeric. Cook for 1 minute.

    4. Pour in the broth, add rice or protein noodles (if using), and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer.

    5. Add chicken or turkey (if using) and cook for 15–20 minutes until cooked through. Shred the meat.

    6. Stir in spinach during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

    7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Tips:

  • Feel free to add in any other veggies you have on hand!

  • This soup stores well in the fridge and can be made in bulk for easy meal prep.
